The purpose of the platform is to offer operators in the Blue Economy sector in general, both in the production sector and in services, representatives of organizations and institutions involved, representatives of organizations operating in scientific research, education, training and technology transfer. and in innovation, a space for comparison and sharing for the exchange of knowledge and the definition of collaborative projects, facilitate the creation of partnerships and access to networks, services and platforms with purposes consistent with the objectives, promote comparison with the guidelines regional, national, European Union politicians and other supranational bodies supporting research, innovation and competitiveness.

1.2 With specific regard to the legal basis, expressly referred to art. 6, GDPR, in relation to the processing purpose set out above, it is specified that the personal data you provide are processed in accordance with the specifications set out in the same article 6, paragraph 1, letters a), b), f).

2. Type of data processed and registration methods on the Global Community Expo Platform

2.1 In order to complete the registration on the Global Community and Expo platform and allow the validation of your user profile, it is necessary that you provide the personal data indicated below, by filling in the appropriate form. Some of the appropriately marked data requested are compulsory and public because they are aimed at guaranteeing an interaction between registered users consistent with their specific areas of competence. The personal data you provide and those collected through the web services referred to in par. 2 of this information, will be processed exclusively by the Data Controller and the Managers appointed for this purpose pursuant to art. 28 of the GDPR, in particular, by Centro di Competenza Distrettuale Soc.Cons.le and by any duly appointed suppliers of specific services, as well as by the related personnel adequately trained in the treatment and protection of your data. And this, in order to guarantee you the same level of security offered by the Data Controller. With reference to the same personal data, Centro di Competenza Distrettuale Soc.Cons.le, in consideration of the specific skills, also carries out the duties of IT systems administrator, with the exclusive task of managing the correct functioning of the platform for the provision of Global Community and Expo services and functions. 9. Automated processes and profiling

10. Transfer of personal data to countries outside the European Union

11. Data retention times

We inform that your personal data will be kept as long as your registration on the Global Community and Expo platform is active. At any time, you can cancel your registration from the Global Community Expo Platform. As a result, your profile will be made completely anonymous and obscured, where the contributions you provide and / or published on the Global Community Expo Platform will remain available in order to ensure their usability by active users. Following the cancellation, the personal data you provided during registration will be kept for a further period of 3 years, at the end of which the complete elimination will be carried out.

For the Newsletter service, the data retention time is unlimited, in relation to the delivery times of the service and your registration on the Portal. At any time, therefore, you can unsubscribe using the link highlighted at the bottom of the newsletter received via email. In this case, the data will be permanently deleted after 13 months from the user's request. The web surfing data, appropriately anonymized, will remain available for statistical processing and will never be deleted from the servers, unless expressly requested by the user to be sent in the manner described in point 12 below ("Rights of interested parties") of this information.
